💥GOAL SETTING💥

This year I told myself that I would get in the best shape of my life no matter what obstacles got in the way. In order to make this happen, I needed to make a plan with an end date 🗓️ So I set two goals: to step on stage for the first time in 10 years and win 🏆 and do a couple of photo shoots 📷 These are the stepping stones to what is getting me to that ultimate goal.

Goal setting helps us have structure in our lives, and more importantly, it gives us purpose for the things that we do everyday - like working out and eating healthy.

So listen up! 📢 We have 3 months left in the year, which gives us about 💯 days to crush some goals. Start thinking about what you want to accomplish by the end of the year. Remember  - it’s all about the small wins - so make every day count.

Push past the challenges because that’s what makes you better and stronger. Show life what you’re truly made of 👊🏽👊🏻
